I’m not good at landscape photography. I’ve always focused on people and using lighting to create the looks and styles I want.
But there are a few photographers who are able to capture nature in a way that is so perfect that In my opinion it stops becoming a simple landscape image and becomes more of an art piece.
One of these guys is Hans Strand.
He is a Swedish photographer but it is his recent book of photographs from Iceland that I think are just incredible.
It is a combination of ariel shots and ground level shots which in itself is nothing new. However his compositions are sublime.
No matter what kind of photography you do I would recommend checking out his site here
